WHAT IS THE MILLERS PERKS PROGRAM?

It is a customer appreciation program. When you make qualifying purchases participating Millers locations, you earn points that can be spent back at participating Millers locations. Each point = $0.01 in value You get to choose what you want to spend them for. No minimum amount of points required for redemption. Some exclusions may apply. See store for details.

IS THE MILLERS PERKS PASS FREE?

YES. There is no charge to become a participant. Not only that, but you are rewarded every time you make a qualifying purchase at any participating Millers location*. As soon as you enroll, you can spend your points back at participating Millers locations. *Some exclusions may apply.

WHAT ARE POINTS WORTH?

Each point = $0.01 Example: 500 points = $5.00 you can spend towards your purchase. Although points can be spent like cash at participating Millers locations*, points are not redeemable for cash and hold no cash value.*Some exclusions may apply.

HOW SOON CAN I START EARNING POINTS?

You start earning points immediately on your first purchase. Pick up a free Millers Perks Pass at any participating Millers location. Swipe when prompted aby the POS or pump, or you can scan the virtual card on the free Millers Perks mobile app to earn points on your purchases. It’s that easy!

HOW DO I SPEND POINTS?

You spend points by informing the cashier at a participating Millers location that you would like to redeem some points. They will have you swipe or scan your card or virtual card. All the points you have up to the total amount owing will be applied towards the price of your purchase. If you don’t have enough points to pay for your total purchase, you will be prompted to pay the remaining amount with another method of payment.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR JOINING MILLERS PERKS?

Anyone can join the Millers Perks program, but you must be 18 years or older to participate in any contest or promotions.

HOW DO I ENROLL?

There are 3 ways to enroll. 1). Call the toll-free number on the back of your Millers Perks Pass to quickly enroll over the phone 2). Download the free Millers Perks mobile app to enroll with or without a card. 3). Go to www.MillersPerks.com to enroll via the website with or without a card.

HOW DO I FIND LOCATIONS THAT OFFER THE MILLERS PERKS PROGRAM?

Every participating Millers location will advertise that they accept the Millers Perks card. You can also find a complete listing on our participating locations page.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT HOW MANY POINTS I HAVE?

Your current point balance will show on the bottom of your receipt each time you make a purchase. You can also check your point balance at any time via the Millers Perks mobile app or website.

Card holder support/card holder services business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. EST with the exception of observed holidays. 1-866-791-PERK.

WHAT DO I DO IF I THINK MY POINT BALANCE IS WRONG?

If you believe there is a mistake in your point balance, please send your cardnumber and expected balance to [email protected] or call card holder services at 1-866-791-PERK.

WHAT DO I DO IF I LOST MY CARD?

If you have lost your card, please pick up a new card from any participating location and then please contact 1-866-791-PERK. If your card was enrolled, the customer service team can transfer your points, club status and transaction history from your lost card to your new card.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY CARD IS DAMAGED?

If your card is damaged please pick up a new card from any participating location and then please contact 1-866-791-PERK; if your damaged card was enrolled or if you have your card number, the customer service team can transfer your points, club status and transaction history from your damaged card to your new card.

WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGOT MY PIN NUMBER TO MY ACCOUNT?

If you have forgotten your PIN number to your Millers Perks card account, please call 1-866-791-PERK, and we can assist in retrieving your PIN number.

CAN I COMBINE MY CARDS?

If you have multiple cards that you would like to have linked to accumulate points together, please call our customer service department at 1-866-791-PERK.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION?

You can update your account information by calling 1-866-791-PERK. You can also log into your account from the home page and update your account information.
